One credit is $300 and buys one base-season sitting. Financial coaching, tax planning, and advisory use the same bank and calendar. Premium seasons cost 1.5 or 2 credits. Tax return preparation is priced separately in your engagement. Credits are the only way to book — dollars never touch the calendar.

For existing Guide owners: 3 credits + an additional copy of the $299 Guide + the Letter. Your existing Guide ownership must be verified before purchasing this bundle.

Two credits can cover two base-season hours or one peak-season hour. The appointment date determines the cost.

Questions, Answered

What does a sitting cost?: Base season 1 credit, 1.5× season 1.5 credits, 2× season 2 credits. The calendar shows the cost before you burn anything.
When do credits expire?: Single credits die 90 days after purchase. Packs die December 31 of the purchase year. No extensions, ever.
What if I'm short half a credit?: Top-ups are credit-only — buy another credit. Cash top-ups don't exist.
What if I cancel?: 7+ days out, credits return to your balance. Inside 7 days, late, or no-show: burned. No exceptions.
Do I need the book?: Yes. Credits require a registered Guide. Before booking, complete your consultation and organizer, then read your published Tax or Coaching Starting Point and acknowledge receipt of its current version.
Refunds?: Credits are generally nonrefundable. The terms below provide a refund of unused credits if we decline a sitting because conduct makes the work unproductive, and preserve cash redemption where required by law. Read the full terms before paying.

Live Hour Credits — Terms of Purchase

What this is. A service package redeemable only for Live Hour sittings. Not a gift card, gift certificate, or stored value; no cash value; non-transferable; no cash redemption except where required by law.
Expiry — no extensions. Packs expire December 31 of the purchase year; singles expire 90 days after purchase. Expired credits are void — never extended, refunded, or reinstated.
Redemption. 1 / 1.5 / 2 credits by season, value locked at purchase. Credit-only top-ups.
Availability. All sittings subject to availability. Sales are capacity-capped; never offered on IRS deadline days, holidays, or published blackouts.
Cancellation. 7+ days: credits return. Inside 7 days, late, or no-show: burned, no exceptions.
Ladder. Credits waive nothing: registered Guide, completed consultation, completed organizer, and acknowledged receipt of your current published Tax or Coaching Starting Point.
Fit. A sitting is a two-way street. We may decline sittings where conduct makes the work unproductive; unused credits refund to the original payment method, burned or expired credits do not.
